Who we are
This site is run by APPS 365 LTD ("Apps 365", "we"). Registered in England and Wales. Company No. 13955007. Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. The short version
- No cookies, no tracking scripts, no advertising tags and no third-party embeds.
- Our fonts, scripts and videos are served from our own server, so no other company sees your visit.
- Our web server keeps standard access logs, which we use to keep the site secure and to count visits.
Server access logs
When you visit, our web server records the request your browser sends: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site secure, to fix problems and to count visits in totals that do not identify anyone. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running a secure website and understanding how many people use it.
Raw logs are archived monthly and each month's archive is deleted at the end of the following month, so they are kept for no longer than about two months. The visit totals made from them (pages viewed, visits per day, referring sites) do not identify anyone and are kept longer.
What is stored on your device
Nothing, unless you use the "Pause motion" button. That stores one setting (otto365-motion) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
If you email us
If you email us, for example to report an error, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to fix the problem. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding and in keeping the Brief accurate. We keep this correspondence for up to 12 months, in line with the records we keep for each episode, unless it is needed longer for a legal reason.
Who we share data with
Our hosting provider stores this site and its logs on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Links to other websites, including social platforms, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests. Email info@apps365ltd.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please complain to us first by email at info@apps365ltd.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we are doing about it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change how we use personal data, for example if we add an email newsletter, we will update this notice before the change and show the new date at the top.
