How we correct mistakes, every correction we have made, and how to tell us if we got something wrong.

Our corrections policy
We take care not to publish anything inaccurate or misleading, including headlines the story does not support, and we keep fact, opinion and conjecture clearly apart. If we get something wrong:
- we fix it within 24 hours of finding out, say what changed and when, and give the correction the same prominence as the original;
- if the error is material, we replace the video or publish a correction, and the episode page shows the correction at the top;
- every correction is logged on this page with the date it was found and the date it was fixed.
We follow clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice voluntarily. We are not a member of IPSO.

Report an error
Email info@apps365ltd.com with the episode number (for example #001) and what you think is wrong. Please do not include personal details we do not need. A person will reply, usually within one business day.
